My wife wanted a new car, and we visited a few other dealers. She found one online at Quigley, so we went to check it out. She absolutely loved the car, so we wanted to buy it. The offered us $7,000 les dealers. She found one online at Quigley, so we went to check it out. She absolutely loved the car, so we wanted to buy it. The offered us $7,000 less trade in than the other dealers for our 2021 Grand Cherokee .The salesman kept referring to our trade which had 12,000 miles and not even a single ding on the body as a "fair" valued trade. He kept referencing " fair value auction price" Feeling like we were getting scammed, we got up and left. My wife was upset because she really liked the car, so I called back in the morning and talked to a manager. All of a sudden they came up $5,000 on the trade in. I felt it was still low, but I wasn't gonna let $2000 stand between my wife and the car she wanted, so I agreed to it. She was happy, and I was happy seeing her happy. We buy the car, and everything went smoothly. We drove about a mile or two up the road and the fuel light came on. It was kinda disappointing that went spent almost $50,000 on a car and it got delivered with an empty tank of fuel. As for the car itself, it is great. We would purchase from them , but it would have to be handled a lot differently next time. If you're gonna buy here, I would shop a few other dealers first to make sure you're not getting low balled on your trade in. More
