Service dept is average at best. Work may be ok but takes exceedingly longer than normal nearly 2 hrs for oil change on one occasion. Had some brake repairs on another occasion than was told would take 2hrs to complete. Was almost 4hrs before my truck was ready. Kept checking on status at the 3hr mark and was always told the tech was “finishing up”. More

I had a 9 AM pre paid maintenance appointment today for my 2016 Explorer-at 10:30 AM it still had not been pulled into the shop for this scheduled maintenance appointment- I had another early afternoon my 2016 Explorer-at 10:30 AM it still had not been pulled into the shop for this scheduled maintenance appointment- I had another early afternoon appointment so I had to decline waiting, for ever how long it might take, so I could make my other appointment.
