Miracle Financing Well I was searching online for a car for a while. After being denied a few time I came across Puente Hills VW site and saw a couple of cars I liked. Now mind you I have a family of 5. I also have very challenged credit with a recent repo. So I figured I would look at a smaller car because the prices were cheaper at this point I would almost take anything. So I get a call from the dealer the guys name was Jaime Price. He asked that I fill out the credit app online. I was hesitant only because I was denied 4+ times. So he got me to fill it out I told him it would take a MIRACLE to get me financed. I told him my situation. He then offered me to look at a different car. The car was larger and more expensive than the one I was originally looking at. I was like there is no way you can get me into that. To make my long story short. I got financed with a better car than I originally wanted. They took care of me really well. Jamie new what he was doing and made our situation better. The best part is we came in with a minimal down payment. I am glad I chose VW Peunte Hills. Thank you so much Jaime price! More

I was extremely nervous at first about the cost to repair but after the service department took the time to review the car they noticed I had 2 flat tires and was leaking oil. I had been wanting to get a new car for some time and what better opportunity than now to look into it! I have to say that the service at Puente Hills Volkswagen is unlike anything I have experienced. The sales consultant, Marc Sepulveda really took his time to go over all the functions of my new 2015 Jetta and I appreciate that the General manager took the time to introduce himself to assure that I was well taken care of. I highly recommend that if you are looking into a new car purchase you come visit Puente Hills Volkswagen and ask for Marc Sepulveda directly. What I really liked is that he knows the competition so he came forth with an honest approach about the Passat including safety and performance. Moving on- the staff including Peter Salibian and ZK (Finance) as well as Shant made the closing experience super fast and pleasant. Honestly, I was out of there in 30 minutes and they delivered the vehicle to me the same evening with a super detail and awesome wax. Great service. Don't waste your time, go there first. I asked him what he found out and he just said "too hard to find" and continued to help someone else. Don't waste your time with this dealership since they obviously don't need any more business. Unprofessional. Sales asked my other brand consideration then insulted my aesthetics. I hadn't purchased a new car in the last 8 years and I tend to stay loyal to a brand, but when a friend of mine purchased a Jetta I fell in love. Another issue I had was I'm just getting back on my feet...because of the economy, the job I held for over 10 years was gone, the company closed down and it has taken me a good 3 years to feel hopeful...But I received great care and service and was able to purchase the car I love! I have been a loyal Lexus buyer for over 15 years. Drew Williamson was able to answer all my questions and on top of that teach me a thing or two about the vehicle, that I had not learned during my research. When it came down to the negotiations aspect of the deal it was easy and fair. I think I was the one that gave them a hard time. My husband and I are finicky and the staff at the dealer was professional, courteous and no hard-sell was necessary. In this day and age when a buyer can come in with knowledge of what to do to purchase a vehicle, it helps that the dealer your working with is transparent and able to provide service with courtesy. I ultimately leased two CC's and my husband and I are enjoying them. The service department called us to remind us of our 1000 mile courtesy check up and we were pleased to feel that they do follow up calls to maintain us as part of the Volkswagen family. To date I have highly recommended the salesman (Drew Williamson) and the dealer to family and friends which has resulted in several successful and happy buyers. More
