I took my son with me to I really appreciate when somebody goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service! Omar Cervantes is the guy to go see! I took my son with me to look at the Explorers and Omar made sure we felt at home. He brought my son popcorn and even some pictures with markers for him to color and stay entertained while we handled business. I am proud to say I walked out of there happy and excited to bring home my Explorer SPORT! Omar even called me the next day to make sure I was fully satisfied! I have had some bad car buying experiences. This was not one of those times. More
