I felt Daniel (service rep) stating this morning after receiving my 2015 Dodge Durango that your service department couldn't perform a initial diagnosis till Tuesday was unacceptable. I strongly feel this could have been done by Saturday morning at the latest as an initial diagnosis should take no more than 45 minutes to perform. More
