Worth the Drive Purchasing a new vehicle is a huge decision. Not only are the quality and cost of the vehicle important, but the customer service is key. This is the fourth Honda that I have purchased, not all new, so I'm already sold on the product. However, from Sales to Financing and then Service is the experience that stays with someone throughout owning a vehicle. Woodson Honda's staff have always been friendly and makes me feel welcomed each time I stop by. After moving here a few years ago, I was in search of a Honda dealer. I have used this dealership for service before, but never purchased a vehicle from them. Even though there is a Honda dealer much closer to where I currently live, I will drive to Roanoke because of the excellent customer service offered by Woodson Honda. They truly make me feel as if they care about my customer satisfaction and offer all around great quality service. More
Half the time! I missed my appointment the day before but came as a walk-in. I had to wait a while for someone to help me, but once they did they were very friendly I missed my appointment the day before but came as a walk-in. I had to wait a while for someone to help me, but once they did they were very friendly and helpful. They estimated it would take an hour, and I set a timer. 30 minutes later my vehicle was ready. I did not know my first service was free!!!! Fantastic. It was also nice to have drinks and snacks in the waiting room. More

Helped out when really needed Car wouldn't start and had to be jumped. Service folks had installed a new battery in my CR-V only a year and a half ago. Was afraid to turn off en Car wouldn't start and had to be jumped. Service folks had installed a new battery in my CR-V only a year and a half ago. Was afraid to turn off engine after the jump start, so went straight to Honda. Ran into a service rep that I've known over several years as I was driving into dealership. Told him about needing the jump start. He remembered my past problems with battery and worked the car in to check it out. Had my two dogs with me, since we were ready to come home from a nosework training class when the car wouldn't start. Was concerned that perhaps some people waiting in the customer lounge might be upset about two Australian Shepherds parked in there with them. So we were allowed to wait in the showroom. Everyone who passed by was really friendly and nice. The dogs and I passed the time comfortably while a new battery was being installed, an under hood check was being done, and the car was being washed. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience after being concerned just a little while earlier about being stuck. Have owned Honda's since 1986. The things I have appreciated most over time are the vehicles' reliability and the staff's seemingly earnest desire to assist the customer. Thank you again, service folks!!!! More

The time factor was a little tight but they got me out promptly and I had time to stop for coffee before the doctor's appointment. Still ended up in and out of doctor's office before my actual appointment time. More
