I want to add that they did replace the whole door panel because it was a whole unit, so I don't know how they damaged it in the first place, but still acted like they didn't care about it when i broght it to their attention.

Dealership has stated the issue was with REGEN caused by a dirty air filter. So much for their inspection that they do because I hadnt drive 5k miles since last oil change. Pretty sure they were just trying to make stuff up as they have the 5 times buy hey what can you do. Neither Chevrolet or the dealer really care about trying to resolve the issues so we will pick vehicle up tomorrow and that is what it is. Thanks for absolutely nothing! Addition So I find this crap Chevrolet Posts but in reality no one wants to say because its really ridiculous as I will explain at the end. "• If you’re idling for a long time or starting or stopping multiple times, your engine won’t be able to complete its self-cleaning process. When this happens, you’ll see a message in your Driver Information Center telling you that the Diesel Particulate Filter is dirty and needs to perform a self-cleaning. Continue driving safely at a steady speed as close to the posted speed limit as possible, until the message turns off. This can take up to 30 minutes. If you keep idling your vehicle or start and stop often while this warning message is on, and your vehicle can’t clean the exhaust filter, your malfunction indicator lamp will light up and you’ll see an ENGINE POWER IS REDUCED message. At this point, you’ll need to take your vehicle to your dealer for service." So how in the hell does Chevrolet expect us to know when this is going to happen? 15-20 Blogs say one of the biggest complaints is that Chevrolet could make it easy by putting a Soot menu on the 5 billion other crappy gadgets they have and they could also make it much easier for you to clear a fault. What they want you to do is aggravate you enough to learn more then the very little that PRIORITY knows to have you fix your own stuff. But wait a minute that when PRIORITY is completely off the hook from the PRIORITIES for life bogus they are blowing up everyone's A**.
