I have owned a lot of SUV's in my life. My new car buying experience with Priority Acura is unlike I have ever experienced before. They seem "human" and "real" people, with families, and made me feel buying experience with Priority Acura is unlike I have ever experienced before. They seem "human" and "real" people, with families, and made me feel that I became a part of the Priority family today, not just another customer. They are friendly, very professional, always smiling, and answered ALL of my hundreds of questions. They have offered to answer my next hundred questions too. I bought the owners' wife demo, so I had concerns with it being "used" although never titled, they have assured me that they will address all of my concerns and I respect that they understood all of my concerns. I am a business woman myself, and hope that I am a good judge of character, EVERYONE at Priority were awesome to work with. I ended up buying a way more expensive vehicle than I originally went there to look at, they were patient with me and let ME make the decision. They allowed me to test drive, take it overnight, and ponder my decision without any pressure in one direction or another. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new Acura or a used vehicle. Keith Deel is a business customer of mine, and I called him and he helped me directly, put me in touch with Nate, Nate was awesome with helping me accomplish my goals, he introduced me to Jeff, who put the financial deal together for me, and Dudley, who was introduced as my sales person, he was patient on test drives and again, answered my many questions. I am a sweet and friendly person myself, but demand respect and customer service in my purchases, I would say I am not an easy sale. Priority Acura is an excellent dealership. I bought my 2002 Acura RSX there (back before it was Priority) and have been taking the car back there for maintenance ever since. I have been a customer of priority Acura for five years. It's been the best dealership to buy a car from. I'm on my second purchase from this dealership. I always feel confident in my buying price. I bought my Acura TL new in 2009. The Sales staff was also top notch and answered every question that I had as well as handled the sale efficiently with no problems. I've taken my car in for every scheduled maintenance as it's due. My experience with the Service Reps has always been positive. I've dealt with all of them and they're all friendly, courteous and extremely helpful while you wait for your vehicle. I've called at the last minute for a tire repair/replacement and they worked me right in and got me right out. I've owned many cars in my lifetime and I've never dealt with a better managed Service Department. I've also dealt with Jeff Peterson, Service Manager on occasion and I can see why his Reps have the demeanor that they do. Jeff is outstanding. He is very personable, professional, friendly and goes above and beyond to help the customer. His Customer Service skills are excellent. When I'm not dealing with him directly and see him in the hallway, etc. he always stops to shake my hand and speak with me. He even remembers my name. That's worth an A++. I would highly recommend Priority Acura for any and all Service. More
I have givin this rating because the service for this dealership was outstanding! They made sure I had everything that I needed and they did it in a timely fashion! Here is an excerpt from an email that I sent them outlining the reasons that I decided to buy my car from a different dealership (at their request): No one did anything “wrong” per se. With all pricing being equal, I just felt that Hall was a little more respectful and professional. Hall was completely thorough with us and gave us everything in writing up front and without us having to ask for it. I had to ask 3 times to get a price from your dealership AND with the stipulation that I had to give a day when I thought I could come in and make the deal as if you were doing me a favor to give me the pricing (and I still never got a complete breakdown of pricing including taxes, fees, etc). No one put down in writing the price for the trade-in for me—I had to email the following day and ask for it. I also had to ask to see the paperwork for the engine guarantee. I prefer everything in writing, and I would expect that it would be freely volunteered. What it came down to was that at Hall I felt completely at ease doing business with them and they did the work to sell the car to me…at Priority I felt very uncomfortable in all my contact with your dealership, and I felt like I had to do all the work and ask all the questions--that makes me feel like someone is trying to pull one over on me. I also didn’t appreciate being "confronted" about whether this deal was going to be a back and forth between the 2 dealerships. Trying to intimidate me into making a deal by asking me that and consistently asking me for a day when I will have an answer made me feel like Priority was trying to rush me into such a big purchase, and I do not trust sales people that do that. I have a 99 TL I purchased new from this store (under previous management). I have had all my routine services performed there and will not think of going anywhere else. The service writers are very helpful, have never tried to sell me anything I didn't need, they have an outstanding area in which to wait (two areas, actually, one with a television and one "quiet" room), free internet connectivity (wired and wireless), and they offer you a loaner if you're going to have to wait a while for them to finish.
