I recently purchased a car from Priced Right Auto and I am extremely unhappy with how things have gone. Since buying the car, I have already had to bring it in for repairs four times, all for the exact sam am extremely unhappy with how things have gone. Since buying the car, I have already had to bring it in for repairs four times, all for the exact same issue. My car needed a Subaru specific O2 sensor, but the dealership installed an aftermarket part that kept failing. If they sell Subarus, they should know how to repair them properly the first time. Each time I was forced to drive two hours there and two hours back, which is exhausting and completely unreasonable for a car I just purchased. One of the latest fixes only took 20 minutes and easily could have been handled locally, but instead I wasted an entire day driving back and forth yet again. Between all of these trips I have put about 1,200 unnecessary miles on my car, spent over $250 in gas, and now need another oil change and new oil filter because of it. Michael, the salesman, was great to work with and very kind, but that does not make up for the fact that this car has had repeated issues and the way they have been handled has been extremely disappointing. I expected reliability and accountability when buying from a dealership, not constant repairs, added expenses, and wasted time. I would not recommend this dealership. More
