Since the dealership has changed hands there's not much I can say, other than the event that occurred at my recent visit. It seems that I had accrued some points on my Ford Pass and no one mentioned it to m can say, other than the event that occurred at my recent visit. It seems that I had accrued some points on my Ford Pass and no one mentioned it to me. When I arrived home I realized something was not correct on my paid receipt. I called Price Pro and was informed that I had accumulated as of 7/25/25 over 16 thousand Ford Pass Points, and neglected to use any to pay for my service call. I then drove back to Price Pro and received a refund on my credit card. Either someone at the service desk or the cashier's window should have been aware of these points. I hope I don't have a similar problem the next time I bring my car in for service. More

I am extremely pleased with the patience and explanations I received from every person i encountered to get the diagnosis, order, and service for the apim replacement for my car. Took Truck in for a EIWE Issue and was told I needed new tires by Service Manager. Truck is less then 3 years old and only has 30K miles on it. Doing research online shows lots of people with F150 having sa tires by Service Manager. Truck is less then 3 years old and only has 30K miles on it. Doing research online shows lots of people with F150 having same issue as me, EIWE partial engage will come and go. After running 4WD for a couple times issue has gone away. If my tires were bad, I would think my problem would still be there. Taking to another dealer for service in future. More
