I was fortunate enough to work with Dakota on my first visit to Preston Kia. I was faced with a sticky situation on my car i owned “not purchased from any Preston store” the sales team at Preston lead by visit to Preston Kia. I was faced with a sticky situation on my car i owned “not purchased from any Preston store” the sales team at Preston lead by Dakota worked for two days and did what seemed to be the impossible and found me a car and got me out of my situation that stressed me out for months. Just purchased our 1st Kia - so happy hubby found Preston Superstore of Burton! It's really nice walking into a NO PRESSURE environment where it shows their customers come first. 'Everyone' at Preston is p Superstore of Burton! It's really nice walking into a NO PRESSURE environment where it shows their customers come first. 'Everyone' at Preston is professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure our experience finding the right vehicle went smoothly. We ended up making our purchase the last day of the month and it was really busy. The dealership stayed open several hours after the posted closing time taking care of every customer as if they had all the time in the world.
