Recently had to have my Mazda serviced at your location. Although I have purchased multiple cars from your dealership, I have at times found it less than convienient to service at your location. There have been different service advisors who were less than helpfull when it came to my needs (bent the key to my CX-7). The I met Jo-Anna Sparta. Not only did she work around my schedule and make it convienient and easy for me (she picked up my vehicle for a nominal fee and returned it). She made the entire experience a pleasant one. I am a local Buissness leader in Talbot County and because of Jo-Anna's proactive attitude towards this industry's and its customer's service needs, I can safely say I will reccommend my peers to her and your dealership again! John and his team always seem to go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met not only in getting the j department to maintain my work vehicle. We have purchased two Mazda 3's in the last year from Preston. Both times I was amazed with our experiences. The first was done for my convenience on the employees day off. Our second purchase came about after meeting Earl while I was there for a complimentary new owner's seminar. At this time I let Earl know that we may be interested in buying a second Mazda. He stayed in contact informing me of inventory and incentives. When we were ready to buy, Earl was the man. He did everything he could to make the buying experience as pleasurable as it could be.
