Have purchased and owned various brands and cars over many years - but the process with Prestige Volvo has to be the worst experience I have ever dealt with at any dealership, starting with: 1. Getti many years - but the process with Prestige Volvo has to be the worst experience I have ever dealt with at any dealership, starting with: 1. Getting our last name completely incorrect on the all the paperwork despite providing accurate driver license and insurance information to Prestige at least 3 days prior to the pick up date. 2. After agreeing to the purchase 4 days prior to the agreed pick up date, the car was still as dirty as the day I'd looked at it - had not been cleaned or detailed as agreed. 3. After spending an additional 2 hours on a Saturday waiting for the car to be cleaned & the interior disinfected given the COVID pandemic - it STILL wasn't done. Left the dealership with the car to avoid continuing this utterly frustrating experience. 4. Despite the car being a CPO certified model, cannot understand why multiple condition issues were missed - either the dealership is incompetent or Volvo's CPO program quality control process isn't worth the paper it's printed on. Will be following up with Volvo corporate and the dealership General Manager asap. in the meantime, would strongly recommended other consumers avoid Prestige Volvo until the dealership and Volvo can figure out how to do the basic job of selling and delivering cars without utterly frustrating consumers. Such a kind staff and a really smooth purchase process! I initially went to another dealership closer to me and was told I would never be able to find what I want. I called Prestige and Ron was so positive a initially went to another dealership closer to me and was told I would never be able to find what I want. He never once pressured me to make a purchase and was flexible and focused on what I wanted, never trying to get me to purchase something that didn’t fully meet my needs.
