Impressed with Service Appointment I called to make a routine service appointment and was accommodated the same day. Matt was friendly and helpful and called me while my car was being serviced to let me know I could get the tires rotated without having to replace the tires before my lease expired. I appreciate the honesty and follow-up and that he wasn't trying push any additional services. When I returned to pick up my car, (I believe her name was Patricia?) immediately offered to help me with the service description and payment, and drove my car right up to the service dept door. Everyone in the department had a smile and a friendly hello. When I walked out to my car, I was ecstatic to see it had apparently been washed inside and out! This weekend I had parked under a tree that had rained these sticky berries all over the exterior of my car, and I knew it was going to be a nightmare to get off. The exterior was scrubbed spotless and the interior was vacuumed and immaculate too. Such a nice surprise. Awesome experience, thank you again! Erica More

On one hand, we have just a simple need for a second set of wheeled, having just moved to Maplewood from the city - so part of us thought small, cheap, not something we will keep for very long. On the other hand, we are having our first baby soon and will eventually need at least one car with family capabilities (even not in the first few years of parenthood) - our other car is a copper S60. My husband's a faithful Vovlo customer who has dealt with a different Volvo dealership for years and we explored what seems like every dealership in the area for the most economical option but also for a dealership we felt like we trusted. Sean and his colleagues listened well and not push us toward anything. When in the end their quote was higher than we were willing to pay, they met us where we needed to be. We signed then immediately onto a lease on a lovely twilight XC60 and picked it up two days later. None of the other dealerships had this color in stock because I sense they feel safer stocking only the usual colors. That Prestige had the unique combination we were looking for impressed us. All in all it was a great experience. More

Great experience! I have been shopping around for a Volvo and submitted my request to Prestige Volvo. I received a quick response from Lindsey Mastroianni followed by a phone call with many detailed questions. Within a day I have received a complete breakdown of the car price with monthly payments, etc. I have bought many cars and I have never seen anything as detailed and straightforward as Lindsey provided to me. After a few more emails regarding my trade in (which they have not seen) we have agreed on the price for my trade in and Volvo price without me stepping into the dealership. We have agreed on the day and time for me to come in, sign papers and pickup my new car. When I came in, all the paperwork was already completed, car was prepped, and car appraisal (confirmation) was done in minutes. Paperwork signing was done in less than 15 minutes out of which 10 minutes was just general chit chat. Most of the time was spent going over all the car features and functionality. As I said before, I have bought many cars in my lifetime but this was by far the easiest and best experience I have had buying a new car. Thank you Lindsey! Walking in, we were greeted with smiles, coffee and pastries. This was a change of pace from other dealerships who looked at us like "what are you doing here?". I was mostly concerned for my mother who had been kind enough to lug me around all day finding the right car, and coming here was a relief, as she could relax in a comfortable environment while I looked for my next car. My sales associate, Todd was a great guy, down to earth, not pushy, honest and sincere. After finding the right car, they took great care to ensure everything was up-to-date and safe. All the while Todd kept me in the loop on what the next move is, and what was happening with the car.
