I called at 10 to 6 on Thursday.. Todd answered my questions and was wonderful. Leased the Jetta on Friday Morning. Todd was supposed to leave and deliver a car at 6. My Leased Tiguan was stolen and damaged by Juveniles in mid April of this year. The abandoned car was finally delivered to the Stamford dealership to be fixed. The insurance company had made many errors in mid April of this year. The abandoned car was finally delivered to the Stamford dealership to be fixed. The insurance company had made many errors in transporting the car down and tracking the repairs. That aside,I have legitimate issues with Jamie and to some degree Michael about disorganized and sloppy their customer service is. They are polite and respectful but having them return phone calls is an ongoing nightmare. You might get a response the next day unless you go through several other people who also have no answers either.Their is no accountability. Why? My experience over leasing two cars Tiguan is disappointing. I love how they look and how they handle but my first had a lot of electric issues and I was gaslighted and left dangling several times over the first 3 year lease.My present lease is a 4 year lease. I have had the lease for roughly a year. During this experience the customer service was crazy making. I had a rental car but was squeezed by the insurance company to wrap it up. I had two more weeks of rental however after going over the repairs to make the car was fixed but not completed. The technicians did not test the radio, the detailing was incomplete, a large area of gas spill was left on the carpet in the trunk area and no brackets were on the car to put the plates in. I had oven up my rental and had the Volkswagen drivers meet me at the car rental place. They drove away and found that my radio was dead, broken. I drove my car to Volkswagen and had to leave it there and be driven back to my house and stay there for not 3 but 4 days without a car. In fairness to Michael he told me he was going to rush it. They did drop the car off at the end of the 4th day. All of this did’t need to happen. I find it hard to believe they are understaffed or overworked. Whatever is going on there is a very real problem. At the very end efforts were made to address it but too little to late.Girlish enthusiasm just dosen’t cut it Wendy Schrijver More
