I have had many issues with this dealership since leasing my car in May 2023. The car itself needed to be serviced many times within the first 6 months. The service department is horrible. I had to come back multiple times because they couldn’t provide a loaner vehicle even when I had one booked. The service department once accused me of getting into an accident and taking my car to a separate garage which was completely untrue. I will never lease again from this dealership. More

Good morning, I had a good experience with Stephen. The price was fair, he worked with my budget, and he was helpful. The buying experience was not that bad but could’ve been much much better. My main complaint is when I went in the office with the finance director to make the payment, I was offered tire protection, my husband told me not not to agree to any plans because the car would come with a certain amount of damage coverage, I felt pressure to get something I know I probably didn’t need so I declined the offer. His attitude change when I continue to say no. I doubt he would act like that if someone else was in the room other than a female. He was abrasive and dismissive when speaking to me after I declined and made the experience of getting a new car a less exciting. More
