I arrived for routine service. The service advisor (Jeff) informed me that there was an open recall and asked if I wanted to have that taken care of at this appointment. Since it would add significant time to complete, and therefore to the wait, Jeff offered to provide a ride share to take me home and pick me up once all the work on the vehicle was complete.
