Liars and Untrustworthy Yesterday 05/31 I received a verbal and written confirmation from Donnalee Ramos that two new Prius Prime Advanced are available in their inventory an Yesterday 05/31 I received a verbal and written confirmation from Donnalee Ramos that two new Prius Prime Advanced are available in their inventory and have less than 20 miles on it. I asked her to confirm the prices and at 4pm Donnalee told me that she has confirmed the availability, miles and prices with Anson. After driving almost 3 hours, I reached Prestige Toyota at around 7pm. I was shown a used car, which had over 1000 miles and was told this is the only Prius Prime Advanced in their lot. Had I not known to check the mileage on the car, then they would have sold me a used car by telling me that it is brand new. Waster of my 6 hours going there and coming back. I would highly NOT RECOMMEND this place, as they are liars and cheaters. Do your homework very thoroughly, before trusting these cheaters. More

A highly exceptional car buying experience My wife and I went car shopping to replace a car that was demolished in a head on collision. Mike Chaitow was our sales associate. He was exceptional! We told him that we looked online at the collision testing results and we drifted over to look at the Toyota Rav 4. He suggested a test drive so that we could get acquainted with the safety sensors. We also visited the off-site Service Department. Back at Prestige dealership Mike worked with us so that we were able to find the Rav4 that we liked and was in our price range. He did such an exceptional job that we would not hesitate to buy another car from him. Thank you Mike! More

I would trust some broken down dirty used car dealership in the middle of nowhere over these guys. They are your stereotypical car dealership. Do not let them screw you like they did me. I will never trust them again, nor would I ever send anyone I care about, or even an enemy, to their dealership. It is no wonder they do not have BBB accreditation. Should have done my research before going I guess. Thankfully 2 of the 4 gentleman that I dealt with are no longer there. The service center, the one time I used them, however was a pretty good experience. More
