He was very helpful and great at communicating all the options that were available for me. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. I can honestly say that I felt that he was looking out for my best interest and what would make me happy as a customer to continue with Prestige Toyota. Their Business Manager, Sergio Gonzalez reviewed every detail with me, made sure that I understood and that I felt confident about my decision to purchase the new car. I really appreciate the the service here at Prestige Toyota. They definitely know how to put a customer's needs first. I feel that I made the best decision to come here. Low pressure Leasing After researching the car I wanted and dealing with other salespeople from other Toyota dealerships, Chris was a breath of fresh air. He answered per After researching the car I wanted and dealing with other salespeople from other Toyota dealerships, Chris was a breath of fresh air. He answered pertinent questions over the phone. He answered my questions directly rather than skirt around an issue as others have done saying they could only answer if I came in to the dealership. Sometimes he would not have an answer but would promise me he'd look into it and get back to me which he always did. He arranged to have everything set up so that when I came in, it was a matter of signing documents and taking my new car home. I got better pricing than other dealers would offer to make the deal at on the phone and he kept his word on all his promises. The staff was professional yet friendly. Overall a great experience dealing with Chris and his staff. I will definitely be using him in the future. Doug B More
Prestige Toyota delivered, again! I went back to a place that I call home (Prestige Toyota) hoping to get a good deal on a 2017 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XLE. My plan was to get the $3,000 re I went back to a place that I call home (Prestige Toyota) hoping to get a good deal on a 2017 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XLE. My plan was to get the $3,000 rebate and the 0 APR offer for 72 months. Upon inquiring I learned that both offers could not be combined, which I failed to see in the "offer details." At that moment I thought a good deal was out of reach. But as a returning customer I knew Prestige wouldn't let me leave without putting together a deal that made sense. That's when the captain (Jay Yarber) and co-captain (Anson Castillo) of the ship personally came to the saleswoman's desk and made an offer that I simply could not turn down. The professionalism and courtesy they showed explains why they are running such a great business. (I got the 0 APR offer, a significant discount on the vehicle and 2 years of free maintenance.) Of course, without the charismatic work of Francia Terrero the deal would not have been sealed so smoothly. Francia did a great job from the moment we met until I took delivery of the car. Do yourself a big favor and work with her on your next purchase. The good ending to the story was written by the finance team. Ray Laureano, head of finance, worked tirelessly to get an approval on the 0 APR offer on a discounted vehicle. Jillian Delgado got us (my mother and I) to sign the purchase agreement in about 20 minutes. She explained the benefit of GAP insurance, which we bought. Now, that is the Prestige Toyota way. More

The Journey Ended At Prestige! I had been in the market for a certified 2015 Camry for almost two months. What should have been a joyful experience became a tough journey. Sin I had been in the market for a certified 2015 Camry for almost two months. What should have been a joyful experience became a tough journey. Since I was very detailed in my negative reviews about other dealerships, I'll be thorough about the great experience at Prestige Toyota. This turned into an odyssey because Prestige simply didn't have such vehicle during this time. Otherwise, I would have visited them immediately. (I had a hassle free experience at Prestige purchasing my silver 2013 Camry hybrid last year.) To start, other Toyota dealerships in New York and New Jersey were a joke to deal with. Some were more interested in talking about exuberant fees and others were experts in low-balling my almost spotless trade despite its year. For instance, dealers in New York wanted me to get a three year loan and put 20 percent down because my uncle's credit score, who was co-signing for me in order to get the 1.9 APR offer, is taxi-related. A laughable strategy given that the car was for my personal use as had been the 2013. Moreover, this was not an issue a year ago at Prestige! Is this a new trick on their books? But about the real story. I saw a 2015 Camry on their internet page. I immediately called and was helped by Donnalee Ramos who explained my NY situation to Finance Director Ray Laureano. Within minutes she called back to inform me that since we qualified for the 1.9 APR offer for 60 months a year earlier, Mr. Laureano moved expeditiously to get an approval. I strongly believe that Donnalee was instrumental in getting the whole deal started. Once there we witnessed exceptional team work by Luis Fernández, Francia Terrero and Ariel Castillo, who helped us with insurance paperwork and got the car detailed and ready for delivery within minutes. But I can't leave out Senior Business Manager Joe Nanna who worked so hard putting the deal together since Mr. Laureano had to leave early. We witnessed first hand what an asset both Mr. Laureano and Mr. Nanna are to this establishment. As a car buyer, when was the last time you saw a general manager (not sales manager) take a minute to thank you for your business and even have cordial conversation about current events? Well, General Manager Jay Yarber did exactly that. I feel compelled to call Mr. Yarber a very fine man, to borrow a term I used to describe the Service Department Manager, Tim Broderick. Unless Prestige Toyota is turned upside down, which I doubt will happen under Mr. Yarber and General Sales Manager Anson Castillo, we will remain repeat customers! More
