Drop off is quick; I usually get a shuttle ride to and from work and the person driving is friendly and the car is clean,; during the day I get a call from my advisor letting me know the status of my car and what I can expect, and pick up is quick and easy as well. Missing screws on skid plate Great help from Toyota service when I was told by mechanic up by Orange Cty that there were missing screws on skid plate. Took it to Toyota since they were the previous one who change the filter. They replaced the screws and just charged me for filter. More

Full detailing as arranged when purchasing our four runner. Arranging for the detailing included with the purchase of the car along with $500 back when purchasing a new car was a difficult process at first, my salesman tried to help but met with difficulty. When I finally made contact with Anson he quickly said he would be sending me confirmation of those items and put the information in the computer so it will not be a problem in the future. This is what should have happened to begin with and is greatly appreciated now. More
