The sales manager who closed the deal was wonderful too. Before I selected my car, I did internet research on the Subaru and for me it was a synchronizing experience with the car I chose. This is because I had been researching all the dealerships in the tri-state area and found a few on the internet I was interested in, the particular car I did select was the same one i kept going back to. When I was testing the car I was shocked to find that it was the same car I looked at many times over a 2 month period--that's when I knew that it was the one. Sherry the Finance Manager was friendly,warm, knew her business and positive. Was good to work with and got me to relax. I hope this good service continues and if the brand lives up to its name, (my first foreign car before), and the dealership, then in the immortal words of Arnold Schwarzenegger "I'll be back"! Not unpleasant Found a car my wife and agreed on, 2017 Foerster with 6 speed manual transmission. went for a test drive. Bought the car. Salesman was friendly & seemed to know about the car. Couldn't close on the car on the day we planned because the finance person couldn't be there. When we got there on the closing day we heard the finance lady say we weren't supposed to be there for another hour loud enough for the entire showroom to hear. Well that hour went by and so did another 45 minutes. Finally we get in. She also pushes really hard on the extended warranty. I cant remember how many times I said no. Then she offered to cut the price by 50%. Almost $3000 for warranty on a $20,000 car? Not for me, thank you very much. They did Not pull any tricks like some dealers do such as add money for this and that that was not included in the price. Price quoted was the price paid. Not sure if this will even post. I only see 5 star reviews and only nice things being said. I'm just sharing our experience there. More

I wanted to give him my business because he was honest, and made the whole process easy. He also had all the paperwork and specs pulled for me on my drive over so as soon as I walked in the door I was able to look at two cars, narrow it down and leave with my deposit down all 25 minutes before closing!! Highly recommend, after dealing with some sexist experiences it was wonderful to buy a car from Ed. As a young woman I felt respected and independent buying from Premier. 10/10!! More
