Swift, Welcoming, Efficient, Easy First off, I kid you not: Michael Colagiovanni is perhaps the swiftest "replier" to emails I've encountered anywhere, for a General Manager (and some First off, I kid you not: Michael Colagiovanni is perhaps the swiftest "replier" to emails I've encountered anywhere, for a General Manager (and some of my clergy administrators and other corporate America "big-shots" should learn from him). Michael CONSISTENTLY replies to emails within 24 hours - just remarkable. Second, Michael's staff is as warm as he is - they all brighten the room with their smiles. Third, in speed, efficiency, accommodation and expertise, these folks do very well. This is my second purchase here and so long as I remain in town, I'll be back. Finally, our final point sales person, Carlos Batista (starting with Carmine Valentino via email) moved the process along seamlessly and swiftly, offering us all the information we needed to make the best decision we could with our budget. My last comment is about the facilities (inclusive of the service and waiting areas): these wonderful employees need an updated/upgraded facility that matches their output and personalities of brilliance. I've been to other Subaru facilities, and it is clear that this one needs some attention. I'm hoping it happens soon. But the service, attention, welcome, and pricing all easily make a customer overlook all of that; to make the adjustment in infrastructure would make Premier Subaru of Watertown the best in my book in all areas. MY FOURTH SUBARU AFTER CONTACTING PREMIER SUBARU,I TALKED TO ONE PERSON ON THE PHONE,WAS MET BY THAT PERSON WHO HANDED ME OFF TO ANOTHER SALES PERSON.WE DISCUSSED WHA AFTER CONTACTING PREMIER SUBARU,I TALKED TO ONE PERSON ON THE PHONE,WAS MET BY THAT PERSON WHO HANDED ME OFF TO ANOTHER SALES PERSON.WE DISCUSSED WHAT I WANTED AND WAS HANDED OFF TO ANOTHER PERSON TO DISCUSS FINANCE.AFTER MAKING THE DEAL I WAS HANDED OFF TO ANOTHER PERSON WHO EXPLAINED THE TECHNICAL FUNCTIONS IN THE CAR.I WAS HANDED BACK TO THE SALES PERSON THEN BACK TO THE FINANCE PERSON. I HAVE PURCHASED MANY VEHICLES OVER THE YEARS AND USUALLY JUST DEALT WITH THE ORIGINAL SALES PERSON.I GUESS TIMES ARE CHANGING. THERE WERE TWO EXPENSIVE OPTIONS THEY PUT ON THE ESTIMATE,GLASS ETCHING AND NITROGEN AIR IN THE TIRES.I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THAT THESE BE REMOVED,THEY TOTALED ALMOST $500.00. WHEN I PICKED UP THE CAR,THE OPTIONS WERE STILL ON THE INVOICE. ONLY THROUGH CAREFUL CHECKING DID I NOTICE IT.THEY WERE REMOVED AND I WASN'T CHARGED.I HOPE THEY WERE NOT TRYING TO SLIP ONE PAST ME. EVERYONE WAS VERY NICE AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. More

I then met with Joe Hernandez, Finance Manager, who was professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. Joe provided me with guidance and a resolution to my situation. Joe’s priority was to help a loyal Premier Subaru customer and do everything possible to secure a new lease with a new vehicle that met my needs, and Joe did exactly that. John Risk, Subaru Sales Consultant, was also very helpful in contacting my insurance agent, setting up with DMV, and in the delivery of my new Crosstrek.
