My 2006 Nissan Xterra was my first new car purchase and I have taken it to this dealership for every scheduled service visit. I have found the service staff to be very courteous and most anxious to make sur have taken it to this dealership for every scheduled service visit. I have found the service staff to be very courteous and most anxious to make sure the customer is satisfied in their visit to their dealership. They recognize customer loyalty and reward it with good value and fair dealing. During my most recent visit, Manager Walter Cannon introduced himself and personally thanked me for my customer loyalty. I have not had any problems with my Xterra and attribute that to the good service performed by the mechanics and whenever I have had a question I have been able to talk directly to the mechanic that performed the work on my car. I have had three different Service Advisors over the years (most recently, June Soprano) and each one has strived to make sure I have been satisfied with my visit. E.H. More

My time is valuable and my car was ready when I expected it. I appreciate the feeling of confidence I get when dealing with professinals. Service Department was extrememly customer friendly and knowledgeable. Quick service. I came in and the service guys were right there before I even got out of the car. Great experience----purchased 2010 Rogue car through internet department and everything was just as they said it would be online. I was looking for a specific truck and Daak helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I never liked going to car dealerships because it is usually a big head ache. Biggest xxxxxxxx on earth. I have never had a worse experience before, during, and after the sale than these xxxxxxx thiefs. Their reputation holds very true. They refuse to do recall work, they screw you over in financing, they lie about doing work to your car while its in the shop for work needed, they refuse to call back when parts are ordered, they lie about replacing a defective part when they say they did. I bought a new Nissan Pathfinder in November 2009. I was leasing a Toyota and in order to me to agree to a deal and be able to qualify, they agreed to pay off the remaining 4 payments on the lease. Two months later on a Saturday I got a letter in the mail from Toyota saying there was $1900 due (the four remaining payments). I took the letter into the dealship on Monday and they said "we sent you a check"... well no, they did not. Then they tried to give me a check for $1400 saying it should have been sent to me. $1400 was for only 3 months - then they said they "really only agreed to pay for 2 months, but would pay for 3".... hello! No one in their right mind would agree to pay 2 car notes at one time. They actually changed their story regarding paying off my vehicle FIVE times while we were standing there. No way would I have made a deal like that. They showed me a piece of paper which had was scribbed "2 months payments on lease". I told them "you could have written that 5 minutes ago". I wouldn't have even been approved had I been paying for 2 car notes. Are they nuts? This issue is STILL up in the air. They tried to get me to take the check for the three payments, but I refused. I told them until they could come up with the entire amount, no way would I take a check. I'm waiting to hear back and told them I would make sure everyone knows how they do business. After I was approved, they also told me I had to come up with another $2,000.00 down before we could make the deal. Of course, the vehicle I wanted wasn't in stock and of course they couldn't get the color I wanted, so I had to wait and settle for a color I wasn't crazy about. The vehicle showed online as having an automatic liftgate. When they delivered the vehicle, no auto liftgate.. they couldn't explain it... went to their computer and decided "this one mustn't come with that" and gave me "free oil change for a year"... because after all, an oil change is worth a automatic liftgate. There was also a scratch on my new car and a defect in the paint, which they have yet to repair, and I'm sure, was hoping I wouldn't discover when I received the vehicle. I signed on the dotted lines already, so I was already stuck. They lie - go to another Nissan dealership if you choose to buy a Nissan. More
I went to this dealership just to compare prices. I told the salesperson I did NOT want to go through there financing if I chose to buy a car from there. He came back with a price for the car that I wanted that I liked. I said ok is this the TOTAL price? Tax, title, license, everything? He said yes and said I had to fill out a credit application form so he could do the contract. I made it very clear I did not want my credit run for ANY reason. I was getting my own financing. Well I sat there for 3 hours while he ran around trying to screw me over. I could never get a straight answer from him, everytime he came in the room I reminded him I did not want my credit run. He said ok, ok, ok. Well he came back in and said "we are going to finance you through Nissan." I told him NO I am getting my own financing, then he left again. Finally I walked out the room and said I want my keys to my car so I can leave. They quickly rushed me into the finance guys office and I said I have no idea whats going on? No one has given me a straight answer. I asked how much the car was and he told me a price that was 2000 over what the salesperson told me! I said no thats not what I want. I also asked if my credit was run and he said " I didn't run it." I said give my keys I'm leaving. So today I looked at my credit report and shock and surprise it was run! I will be filing a report with the BBB. More
