My first experience there was eeehhhhh, but that was on the used car purchasing side. Fast forward to the service side I have my person that made going here the best option because she knows how to do what the used car purchasing side. This place can't be trusted. Went there because my vehicle had a problem that I was told would be covered through a factory warranty when I dropped it off. Then when they inspect Went there because my vehicle had a problem that I was told would be covered through a factory warranty when I dropped it off. Then when they inspect it, they said the engine was too gunked up due to the lack of maintenance, such as not getting oil changes. Haven't had the vehicle that long, but I changed the oil when I was supposed to. Was told the vehicle was very low on oil, when it was just inspected by another shop that confirmed my oil level was fine. No oil light on the dash at any point either. I believe they just didn't want to honor the warranty because it was too much labor and would cost them a lot to fix. They also tried to increase the diagnostic fee from what they told me originally, seemed like a money grab. The service department associates I dealt with seemed very deceitful and don't know how to talk to people. They asked if I had prior maintenance done before and even after I told them yes, they never asked to see the proof. Very terrible customer service and the sales staff and finance director is very deceptive.I was quoted by Mr Baptiste for 17,500; the finance director Mr Pierre Matheu finance me for $18,899 plus the pric finance director is very deceptive.I was quoted by Mr Baptiste for 17,500; the finance director Mr Pierre Matheu finance me for $18,899 plus the price of the extended warranty and Gap insurance included in the financing. He did not consult if I wanted it or not he just did it. I walked out with just the registration paperwork I did not get any kind until the following week and then I only got the extended warranty and Gap insurance paperwork.I have spent since June 4 trying to get it cancelled Mr Matheu has been rude and very arrogant thru the whole process. I finally had to get Nissan Corporate Office involved in this. I finally sign the cancellation on August 15 Mr Pierre Matheu has not processed it here it is October 25. I went in per Nissan Corporate Office to put in another cancellation and was referred to Mr Matheu again who said he sent it over to Victoria and she won't be in till Monday. So all I'm getting the round around again and no one is being accountable. More
