Online I requested the full synthetic oil change for $59.99 but when I checked out the oil change was a blend of conventional and synthetic oil for $49.99. At that point it was too late. It is worth not $59.99 but when I checked out the oil change was a blend of conventional and synthetic oil for $49.99. At that point it was too late. It is worth noting that other Hyundai dealer charges $39.99 for this service. The speed of service and the overall interaction was positive otherwise. In sum, I should have been advised that the synthetic oil change was not available, particularly since it was the only choice online when I made the appointment. This was my first service. More
