From the time I walked into the building I was treated with the utmost respect. I was greeted warm and friendly with a smile INSTANTLY. Which don't happen at other dealerships. I'm loving it!!! In all of my car buying experiences this was by far the best. I normally hate buying cars however I must honestly say I enjoyed my experience so much I would just like to go hang out there. Everyone was so happy and appeared to actually enjoy there jobs. I had a problem with the battery on my old 2005 Honda CRV so I went into Premier Honda. I was getting my old beat up car fixed when I was greeted by John in sales. He let me know that I might be able to get so I went into Premier Honda. I was getting my old beat up car fixed when I was greeted by John in sales. He let me know that I might be able to get a really good trade on my old car and started telling me about options. He wasn't pushy at all and I think we had a really easy friendly relationship. I didn't feel like he was a typical sales person at all. I guess I trusted that he wasn't trying to pull a fast one on me. I ended up getting a new 2012 Honda CRV for a similiar monthly payment as my old car. I love my new car and I am so glad John came and talked with me. I am getting leather seats added to my car next week and John said he would even drive to my house to take my car for the day and leave me with a loaner car. Excellent customer service! If you go in ask for John in sales. He knows a lot about Pandora Radio in the new Honda CRV's, which was a big selling point for me too! More
