I've been waiting nearly A YEAR to get a recall fixed on my vehicle. They couldn't fix it because they didn't have the part, they claimed they'd order the part, and contact me when it came in. I'd attempt to call service, but when I did call, the phone would just ring. How is this in any way professional? I really believe that this dealership just doesn't care because they're in a part of the city where they feel they don't have to care.
