Painless Process Many people dread the process of purchasing a new car. I for certain had been dragging my feet for months trying to decide what dealership to go to, p Many people dread the process of purchasing a new car. I for certain had been dragging my feet for months trying to decide what dealership to go to, praying that I wouldn't get swindled, and also not wanting to be in the dealership for 8 hours trying to purchase a vehicle. I knew what vehicle I wanted and had been researching dealerships with that car on their lot. Preferred Auto Sales had come up in my search, so I reached out to them. I called and spoke to Caleb, who was extremely professional and attentive. He answered all of my questions, he gave the exact price of the car, and what the next step in the process would be. I made my deposit over the phone, because I was at work, and he immediately sent me the receipt. That weekend I went into the location to complete the paperwork. Caleb was right there to assist the entire way, and he was even helping multiple customer simultaneously. I test drove the car and loved it. I completed the purchase and it didn't take more than an hour and a half. They even washed the car for before I left. After a few days I received a call that my tags had arrived and that I could pick them up. Once I arrived everyone there remembered what car I purchased, knew why I was there, and and nice young man came out and attached my license plates. The overall process made me feel at ease and all that fear I had about purchasing a car had dissipated. They even reached out after the purchase to follow up. Caleb even assisted with making an appointment for getting my car serviced months later. Caleb and the entire staff of Preferred Auto Sales were absolutely amazing. Everyone is helpful, they are very transparent and honest, the numbers they give you will not change, and they make the car buying process painless. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
