Brought my Grand Cherokee in for the recent recall. The parts dept. called me as soon as the part came in. I made the appointment, and all went well- AS ALWAYS. I moved to Wayne in 2019. Precision has been off the charts in the service dept. Always been quick in and out and very pleasant to deal with and talk too. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from them.
