My service visit went better than expected. I had called the day before service to see if there was some form of courtesy shuttle service. The day of service, I was greeted by Desiree, who did an excellent job of informing me what to expect. She was very efficient in making sure I was updated on the progress of service. She also made arrangements for my truck to be delivered to me after service. What a game changer from the long hold I had the day before. The person delivering my truck to me after service was very kind. The truck was serviced much quicker than I expected. The whole experience outside the long hold on the phone the day before was excellent. Perhaps the phone system could be updated to place the calls on Que for a callback. Thank you for the option of having the vehicle delivered to you after service. Game changer!! More

I took my vehicle for routine recall and informed my service advisor that was assigned that my vehicle had a supercharger and was tuned and stuck with them not to touch the power control module. Four da service advisor that was assigned that my vehicle had a supercharger and was tuned and stuck with them not to touch the power control module. Four days later, I learned that they had flashed my powerful module. I lost my tune, and my car would no longer run top it off. My service advisor was gone for the rest of the week. Jake, another service advisor realize how xxxxxx off I was immediately took over my face and was assigned as my new advisor. He and the mechanic Joseph worked on my vehicle. Worked with Whipple to get the issue fixed while ensuring they had a very good loaner vehicle for the time my vehicle was out of service. If anyone has to take a vehicle to Power Ford, I would recommend you look up Jake to be your service advisor. More
