My service visit went better than expected. I had called the day before service to see if there was some form of courtesy shuttle service. The day of service, I was greeted by Desiree, who did an excellent job of informing me what to expect. She was very efficient in making sure I was updated on the progress of service. She also made arrangements for my truck to be delivered to me after service. What a game changer from the long hold I had the day before. The person delivering my truck to me after service was very kind. The truck was serviced much quicker than I expected. The whole experience outside the long hold on the phone the day before was excellent. Perhaps the phone system could be updated to place the calls on Que for a callback. Thank you for the option of having the vehicle delivered to you after service. Game changer!! More
