Thanks for responding .I have had some time to think about this. How the entire leadership team treated me in this matter was entirely like a paycheck and to be dimed out on a 1 star review and all of a sudden try and cancel the contract because I gave a one star review was entirely Justified for me giving that review. The fact Keely said yes we will make this right and fix the sidesteps issues and give you another Key because thats what you should have is entirely right.The fact she said that and told me yes thats what my sales guy told me that we would match that APR or switch to your bank on a recording I have and is entrily legal in this state because of predatorial sales is legal. The fact the Finance manager said your going to sign these new documents today and Keely saying the only reason they are trying to switch contracts is because of the one star review. Not the fact they tried bending over the customer for a better commission. I actually have recording of the second interaction with the GM saying I must have a sad life for leaving a 1 star review on here and Google. That just shows the leadership team and those characterizations are true. I have the evidence to back this up. The other problem I have is a Ford Protect Maintenance plan was added into my contract without my approval. If That Finance manager is honest like he claims he is from what Anthony said "oh he didnt add anthing to your contract" I hope they bring up that interaction to see where I was given that info in that office interaction. I would like to see that camera and audio. I actually am going to file a compliant with the DMV and AG for this matter and other consumer protection agencies. The fact that this truck is running terrible with a failed emissions on the Carfax report and have the sales guy say we fixed it is another matter. I have an appointment soon and If I find out the emissions isn't passing and that's the reason why it is running terrible that's another thing coming.
