I told the gentleman I was waiting to hear back from my personal bank and he said if you get a better rate we could match it or go with them which is my bank. I felt better and I signed the paperwork and felt at ease thinking they would would honor their word and eased my mind. My bank reached out two days later with a rate that was 10 percent lower and said I would get the gap and warranty through them. I stopped in today after I got the call and said I was approved from my bank and was told by my bank was to get a purchase order number.What do you know the dealer lied and said nope we are screwing you over and ehh it’s no big deal refinance next month. I called the Ally Bank said the contract can be canceled it’s up to Power Ford because the fund haven’t been dispersed or paid out. They don’t care about customers they only care about profit. The sad thing is Power Ford didn’t want to support a local bank (First Financial Credit Union) financing the truck and would take a bigger national bank with a bigger Apr Why is my bank telling me it’s approved and when the manager at Power Ford said no it isn’t. I know dealerships get kickbacks from higher apr so which makes sense in my case. To top it off after being lied too the truck already has multiple issues l. The bed camera doesn’t even work and the side steps keep deploying when I’m driving and you could hear this clunking sound. Not a good look here. Paying 75k for a Raptor and only to get a single key fob and for them to deny other loans. I would stay clear of this dealership and the 2 year 100,000 mile warranty is a lie and apparently not offered for this truck. Also the extended warranty isn’t even a true Ford backed waanrty some third party. Calling to get that canceled. Not cool 😡 and to top it off I didn’t even get my gas filled up and was told I can bring it back another day to put gas in it. Man that’s going to be awkward and have the camera fixed and side steps fixed and now I know why the on steps were unplugged when I test drove the truck because of the known issue of them deploying when driving. I would avoid this mess and stay away. """Update'"" I was called to come in and what do you know they want to use my bank this time. A few things on this visit was unpleasant again. I didnt get my second key like promised from Keely the sales manager and they did not put gas in at all which they sold to me on a empty tank and when Justin asked for the gas card Keely said for what. This interaction was not good I had the finance manager the sales manager and the General Manager trying to bully me into removing my review and signing more paper work oh and that note I found on that they added a maintenance plan without my knowledge to the paperwork. Brian told me I must be unhappy with my life leaving one star reviews on this and on google because of this experience and dealer raiter. Trying to belittle the customer as a supervisor is not my cup of tea. I may have not gotten my gas or the second key like promised but I am just happy not to step in that dealership again. Also Anthony the Finance Manager was extremely aggressive and told me oh you will sign our paperwork. They tried to some nasty tactics to corner me in. I sure hope they do record them interactions in the finance office. This dealer is so crooked. The Owner needs to look at this entire leadership . It isnt hard to take care of your folks or customers. Integrity and the GM trying to put me down saying I have a sad life is another low for leaving a 1 star review . Thanks Brian for standing out like that. Maybe don't try taking advantage of your customer by giving them another loan with 10% higher Apr over another loan. More

I found the service personnel to be well knowledgeable of what service I needed and all work was professionally completed. This came as a pleasant surprise as the Dealership where I had purchased my Ford Edg what service I needed and all work was professionally completed. This came as a pleasant surprise as the Dealership where I had purchased my Ford Edge xx would not schedule me to bring my vehicle in for the to diagnose the issue I was having and the alert given by my vehicle. Getting my vehicle into POWER FORD was the best decision I could have made. Thank you Darren Francisco for your friendly and courteous customer service and for the knowledgeable services technician who repaired my transmission. By far your service center is 100 % over the dealership that I bought my vehicle from. I would easily recommend your service center to my family and friends.
