After overnighting the part they worked late to install and get me back on the road for an on-time return trip home. Called next Monday and was told part was installed but same electrical problem still existed. This is a warrantee so I was supposed to be happy that there would be no cost. I would NOT use this shop again! More

While getting the This dealership went above & beyond my expectations! I came in for an routine oil change & shock replacement and left with a smile. While getting the service for my Dodge Truck the Tech Mr. Brian Potter noticed some leaks that needed immediate attention. From his further inspection these were in my opinion & his critical that would have caused a major problem for me on my return trip home. He got on his computer found the parts to install (some parts in inventory some not). That is not all, the Owner found out my situation and at his expense brought the parts in by sending his staff to get them from a surrounding town(s). It was repaired the same day! My hat is off to this Dealership!! In my opinion they are the 'Gold Standard' of Dealerships and others could learn how it is done from them!!! I highly recommend this Dealership! More

I went to this dealership looking for a sebring. They offered me one that was a good price. Then they wanted to low ball me for my trade it. First all the car I was thinking about had a small dent on the offered me one that was a good price. Then they wanted to low ball me for my trade it. First all the car I was thinking about had a small dent on the drivers side. Why would I want to buy a car like that? Then the low price on my car. Well my car retails for around 10 and I owe 10,500 and thats the private party price. Dealer retail was up around 11,500 sure i know im not going to get that so I look at the trade in value. 8,500 was the average using kelly, nada, and edmunds. So why should I take any less. They come across offering me 5800. I say no way then they come back at 7000. I am out of time at this point so I leave. Well during the next few days they are still trying to make a sale. They dont even budge on the price its like come on if i was gonna pay that price I would have taken it then. So I do carfax check. I find out they bought it at auction. I point this out to the salesman and tell him he has plenty of room to negotiate. Since it was a dealer only auction and a big dealership like that would not just buy one car. I told him he probly paid around 10 he tells me no they paid 16. I just cant believe they would lie. What dealership buys vehicles higher then what they sell them More
