Overall OK I would Expect more personalised care. Has to wait too long to get appointments for service. Usually , taking a long time , I.e turn around time to complete the service. Fortunately Has to wait too long to get appointments for service. Usually , taking a long time , I.e turn around time to complete the service. Fortunately though reluctantly , the dealership has provided a loaner vehicle. I feel there is room for improvement in the service. I am used to the old time genuine caring , especially when you buy an expensive automobile like Porsche. The dealership must take these comments seriously. Need to be sensitive if their actions directly or indirectly affect the pocketbook of the customer. More

I asked to see it in the shop, and while the Macan was up in the air, Josh walked me around and I was able to take photos. I specifically asked if the Macan had been smoked in and he said no. I begged him not to let the service folks do a treatment in the SUV to remove any odors. Again, Josh was able to confirm that they would not do that. I knew that this was the Macan I wanted (and I have been eying them for at least three or four years now). Knowing I would be out of town, I wanted to make sure I had the right of first refusal, so Josh gave the parameters to do that and I made a $1k deposit. The Macan was finished from its repairs one day shy of two weeks and, while I was on my business trip, Josh sent me a photo of the Macan. It was beautiful. I couldn't get back soon enough, and sure enough, the next day is when I drove it and made a dream come true. I do have to say that on a personal note, it was hard making a decision to trade in my BMW 328i, as it was a dream car of mine since I was a teenager (yes, I was conservative in my choices of dream cars back then, too). On the way to get a certified check for the down payment, my dad made it easy to let the Bimmer go and even supported me getting the Macan after telling him the pros and cons, the price offered for the trade as well as the price of the Macan. His research proved fruitful - that I was getting a fair deal - and told me I should take it -- turn in the car for the trade. Although I am 50 years old and can make my own decisions, my dad's approval on cars means everything. Josh made everything very easy. He understood everything that I was experiencing. Nate Kolniak was great, too, stating that Porsche New Orleans has known that owning a Macan was in my future and congratulating on finding such a great deal so fast. Obviously, I could not have done that if it weren't for Mitch Gilliot's diligent and relentless search for the perfect Macan that fit what I wanted. He is more than just a valuable customer at Porsche New Orleans, he is also one of your best references as he and his family sing Porsche New Orleans' praises and have had many Porsches (and will have many more to come). While picking up the license plate, I was able to talk to the receptionists who were politely eager to assist. Nate jumped in to offer to put the license plate onto the car. I know this sounds a bit trivial, but that meant a lot for me -- I needed to know if and when/where the very personal service and treatment I was getting would end anytime soon. Nate not only put the plate on, he saw that my windshield wiper fluid was low, offered to have the service department fill it up (which I did not expect to be done for free), and asked me how I was getting used to the Macan. (Side note: Nate and Josh both knew that trading in the Bimmer was a big deal to me, and Nate said that after a week of driving the Macan, that I would be okay and happy with the Macan within a week. He was, of course, right.). I had just taken a short trip to my parents' house and I couldn't figure out how to use the cruise control. Nate helped with that, too! As for Sean Kerwin, he was very patient with all of the financing and trade paperwork. Not once did I feel any pressure to buy this Macan from anyone - Not a single soul. Porsche New Orleans does not have that creepy vibe of just trying to make a sale. I feel like Sean was a large part of that as Josh and Nate were the same way -- no high pressure, get 'em in, get 'em out -- but instead asked me if I wanted something to drink, whatever -- they just wanted to make sure I knew that they were sincerely wanting the best for me, however that may be. I feel like I have expanded my friendship base to be honest in Sean, Josh, and Nate. Thanks again! More
I stopped by to pick up my license plate, Nate Kolniak jumped in and offered to screw on the license plate. He also saw that I was low on windshield wiper fluid and offered to have service fill it up. Fi jumped in and offered to screw on the license plate. He also saw that I was low on windshield wiper fluid and offered to have service fill it up. First of all, I didn't expect it to be free, so thank you again for that. Next, I figured there would be a significant wait time since other vehicles were in service far before I arrived in the late afternoon. No, a gentleman immediately picked up my Macan, took care of the fluids, and I think it took all of 15 minutes before it was ready. The Macan was parked out in front of the main door at the dealership, which felt very "valet," if you will -- definitely a great touch (kudos)! I took a friend with me to do all of this and he was impressed, too. Nate seems to go the extra mile and I was very happy he was willing to jump in to help. Thanks again! More
