These comments are about the service dept. all in all very professional staff. Did not like categorizing visit as 8 year check up when it was 60,000 mile inspection and maintenance. Also was n all in all very professional staff. Did not like categorizing visit as 8 year check up when it was 60,000 mile inspection and maintenance. Also was noted in the follow up that the 60,000 checkup was due 10/23 and not done. All maintenance has been done on the car on time. Results of the $3,000 checkup showed oil leak and potential coolant leak costing another $6,000. It was extremely stressful. Jackie Mc Donough was so very caring and helpful. She helped me clean out my car and arranged for a ride. She noticed me waiting while others were huddled around the check machine trying to get it to work. She stepped in immediately. The one good experience that day. More
