Casey was a Gold Star mechanic with Porsche so he was able to explain the mechanical side of the vehicle better than any salesman I ever had. I think Casey's ability to speak from the service side of the business along with his personality make for a GREAT combination and all dealerships should consider providing this level of service to their customers.
