I was relaxed, and Marty's down to earth and friendly AND personable demeanor it was just enjoyable. I only got to meet these two gentleman but they set the foundation for all things at Porsche Silver Spring. In sitting down in Finance with Gen, He was consummate professional. He was so polite and cordial it is almost unheard of how easy it all was. I feel like I just want to go back and hang out with them at the dealership. Yes that is how comfortable I felt. Heejin (Jin) and the manager Bruce were very helpful and always provided me with honest feedback during the ordering process. Bruce is extremely knowledgeable and always go the extra mile. Jin is very patient and always pay attention to the tiniest detail to make sure she is delivering the highest quality of service. The finance manager Gen is a worldclass finance guy and very honest person. He makes a normally stressful process simple and seamless. I highly recommend this Porsche dealership even if you are from a different area. More
