He promptly attended to my car's needs and readily provided me with a loaner car as soon as I dropped off my vehicle. He was also very understanding and patient with my extended use of the loaner car as I was out of town for some time. This service par excellence by Cody Allen just lends credence to Porsche's claim and status that "There is No Substitute!" for it. Cody Allen sets a very high bar for customer service and I hope that Porsche hires more staff like him. His service is among the major reasons why I remain loyal to Porsche! He deserves a promotion and a raise, NOW! Before other dealerships steal him from Porsche Riverside. More
