I had the appointment set up by Tim Churchill with whom I have had a longstanding PORSCHE customer-friendship for more than 10 years. Tim understands and speaks PORSCHE as do I. He is knowledgeable and fair-minded, always looking our for my best interests even when there is NOT an immediate car purchase to be concluded. This is not true of other PORSCHE stores in Southern California. In short, it is worth the drive to Walter's PORSCHE in Riverside for sales or for service. More

Bob Mc Donald and Tim Churchill were both informative, knowledgable and honest when I visited the dealership to decide what car to purchase. When they could not get the car with the options I wanted they knowledgable and honest when I visited the dealership to decide what car to purchase. When they could not get the car with the options I wanted they went out of their way to try all the dealerships within a 100 mile radius to try and get want I wanted. In the end I ordered my car with the options I wanted and waited the 4 months for the car and during that time Bob kept me up dated on progress of where the car was in the build process. I've been searching for a Porsche nearly 2 years. Obviously, I wasn't in a hurry and I was looking for the best deal I could find, coupled with an expectation of finding a quality used Porsche. About 2-3 weeks ago I went to Walter's Porsche website and saw a great lease deal for a brand new 2013 911 S at the dealership. I had only been looking for a used one, but the deal looked "too good to be true". I emailed the dealership right from their website, around 7pm or so, and literally Scott McCloud called me back about an hour later. Talk about follow-up! My expectation was to hear back in 2 or 3 days, or maybe never. I can't tell you how many dealerships don't follow-up. Furthermore, I thought maybe there would be a ton of catches for the deal, and a bunch of hoops I would have to jump through. These feelings all proved to be wrong and just the opposite. Scott stuck right to the promises in the advertisement and made the buying process fast, simple and as promised! I made it clear what my expectations where and I had no time for anything, except what exactly we agreed upon and no surprises. I would be flying from Sacramento, CA, to Ontario to pick-up the car, then immediately driving home. My life is crazy busy and Scott, and the entire dealership team at Walter's, understood what I was about and delivered as promised. Everyone there was on the same page. It was simply a great experience. The only thing that could have made it better is if the car was free. Ok, they gave me a full tank of gas and a Porsche gift card. More

What an easy experience; from the pre-qualification for financing to driving it off the lot. Walter's exceeded our expectations at every step. Cory (our salesman) was great. The time on-line head of our visit saved us time at the dealership, but also solidified our decision to stay with Walter's as our dealership. Once we arrived he allowed me (the wife) to look at many models and options before selecting. I appreciated that he was enthusiastic but realistic about each option. He was knowledgeable about the car and the company--he understood our love for the brand. We also appreciated his willingness to make the process easy and relaxed. Even when I asked a question a second time, Cory was sincere in his answers. I usually hate shopping for a car, but this is our second from Walter's Porsche and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. When we returned home to the high desert we stopped by my parents to show them our new toy. My Dad commented---"These are the fun days you will remember when you and Bryan are our age."
