In fact, there are at least 4 dealerships closer to my home but Walter's Porsche is worth the trip! Giovanni patiently answered all my questions to help assess my driving needs. Since I was unfamiliar with the brand, I had very broad expectations and many questions. As a female driver, I also appreciate the fact that Giovanni did not talk down to me or spoke exclusively to my significant other. As Giovanni himself is an experienced Porsche owner, he was able to recommend a car that is most suitable for my needs. I am delighted with my decision to purchase a convertible! I highly recommend Giovanni to first time buyers even if you are only just beginning your search! Experienced and seasoned gear-heads will also enjoy interacting with Giovanni who loves cars. I also highly recommend working with Jay Baik in the finance department who is very professional and ready to help finalize the deal! Superior customer sevice We purchased a CPO Porsche Cayenne S from Tim Churchill at Walter's Porsche. We had been looking to lease a Cayenne with a dealer in San Diego -- but We purchased a CPO Porsche Cayenne S from Tim Churchill at Walter's Porsche. We had been looking to lease a Cayenne with a dealer in San Diego -- but we were not pleased with their service -- at all. Thus we were looking online to find one that met all of our desires. We found this vehicle & emailed Walter's Porsche a couple of questions. Within minutes we had a return email and within an hour Jay had called us back and was able to answer Most of our questions. Tim called us within a couple of hours and we were able to agree to a price - over the phone. We drove up to Riverside the next morning and everything was as described. Tim took us on a test drive -- we were thrilled -- and bought the car for the price we had agreed upon the prior day. Tim also had done his homework on our trade in -- and that process was seamless as well. Jay and Tim had us out the door in less than 3 hours. Both were super contentious and professional. We are thrilled and while we won't be getting another new car anytime soon --- my husband did say when he was ready for a new car -- that we'd be likely to come back to Walter's Porsche!!! More
