New car shopping experience I'm in the market for a new luxury vehicle and had narrowed down my search to two specific vehicles, a Porsche Macan being one of the finalists. Yest I'm in the market for a new luxury vehicle and had narrowed down my search to two specific vehicles, a Porsche Macan being one of the finalists. Yesterday, I visited Porsche Riverside to conduct my due diligence before making a final determination. I was met by Frank Francis out in the lot while my wife and I were checking out some of the Macan's parked out front. Frank came across as friendly and well informed. Since the Macan comes in different engine configurations, Frank was kind enough to take me for several test drives so I could make an educated decision as to which engine best fit my needs. During the test drives, Frank patiently answered all my questions and was very insightful. Never once did I feel pressured in any way, which I highly appreciated. I'm very thankful to Frank for his receptiveness to my needs as a customer and I also commend Porsche Riverside for their foresight to have a professional such as Frank as part of their team. I purchased a certified Boxster from another dealer who didn't bother to show me the ropes or even go on a test drive with me! After I had the car for a couple of months, I had lots of questions so I contacted Walters in Riverside. David scheduled the appointment, kept the car overnight to make sure everything was operating correctly and arranged for a beautiful loaner Porsche at no charge. He even had Jon, the Shop Foreman meet with me to go over my questions and concerns. David and Jon made my first Porsche experience exceptional! Walter's is my new go-to Porsche dealer! More
