My service performed on my Macan was good; however, I had a question for the service department 2 days later and never received a call back even after leaving two messages. We called again 3 days later only a question for the service department 2 days later and never received a call back even after leaving two messages. We called again 3 days later only to have to leave another message. Vehicle was brought in for yearly service. The car is due for the yearly emission check to receive a new sticker. My only question is “does this yearly check perform an emission test and if so, how can I get proof so that I can get a new sticker.” More
