Deceptive Sales Tactics I had been emailing with a salesperson at Porsche Melbourne for over a week on a CPO 2019 Cayenne where their site as well as other car sites (e.g. Au I had been emailing with a salesperson at Porsche Melbourne for over a week on a CPO 2019 Cayenne where their site as well as other car sites (e.g. Autotrader) had the starting offer price of the vehicle at reasonable price. I have screenshots saved to show this. After a week of questions & answers, I asked him to make me an offer given that it would be shipped from Florida to California, 2020 models are coming out, and it was month/quarter end. The day after I sent this question, the dealer site increased the price by $~4,200. After questioning this and showing my screenshots, he stated that that "I know we had an issue with our data provider and all of our inventory was priced incorrectly within the last week. The pricing you saw was in error and not correct". Yes, there's a possibility of of his statement being true, but from my recollection, none of their other used vehicles changed in price - only the one which I am interested in. Also, if prices were wrong for over a week, wouldn't this be one of their top priorities to get fixed asap instead of a week? In addition, after I asked them to honor the price, he stated that he forwarded my email/request to management - 2 days ago and no response. More

Above and beyond My 718 was picked up at my residence in The Villages. I was concerned about the "love bugs" splattering the vehicle. Hayley assured me they would protect the finish of the 718. The vehicle was retirned to me in pristine condition by the service rep Joaquin. The vehicle was wrapped in plastic for the drive from Melbourne to The Villages. Joaquin removed the protective covering prior to pulling into my drive and was still doing minor detailing to the car when I went outside. Joaquin is an great representative of your organization. I know Porsche likes to use the term "brand " ambassador, however Joaquin is a company ambassador and a great representative of the organization. I dealt with Porsche Melbourne over 2 other Porsche dealerships closer to my residence. I know I made the correct choice. More
