Very Dirty Service Inside: black, greasy footprints on the floor mats, black fingerprints on the headliner and doors. Outside: oil on all fenders. Washing the car didn't remove the specks, which have hardened into something like a clear paint or plastic. No resolution or follow-up on the main service issue, which is safety related. RJ was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took me on a test drive. He didn't rush me even though I ended up being there an hour and a half past closing.
