Porsche Turbo Purchase I recently purchased a 2014 Porsche Turbo from Hoffman Porsche (salesman was Karl Werner). Not only am I pleased with the condition and value of the T I recently purchased a 2014 Porsche Turbo from Hoffman Porsche (salesman was Karl Werner). Not only am I pleased with the condition and value of the Turbo I purchased, but the manner in which my purchase was handled makes buying from Hoffman quite easy. Karl continues to be (I have purchased several cars from Karl) extremely knowledgeable and accommodating in his approach to my needs as a buyer, but Josh (the manager), is very flexible in handling the transaction, i.e., when to purchase/pick up the car, adding tires, etc. Issues occasionally occur in purchasing a vehicle, yet I can quite frankly state that both Karl and Josh have made any of those unforeseen issue disappear with a bare minimum of inconvenience. I look forward to my next purchase from Hoffman. More

Problem . . . I have bought and serviced several Porsches from Hoffman Porsche and have continually been satisfied with both the sales process and any service which I have bought and serviced several Porsches from Hoffman Porsche and have continually been satisfied with both the sales process and any service which had been required . . . . Until this past service visit. Briefly, I brought my 2015 Cayenne S in to have my winter tires and rims (which Hoffman Porsche graciously stored over the summer, as they do for many other customers) put on my vehicle. They handled that task in very reasonable time and with, as always, courteous treatment of me. However, this time they had to tell me that the tires and rims they placed on my car were not mine, but actually belonged to another customer who has mistakenly identified my tires and rims as his, so, my tires and rims are now on his car and his tires and rims are now on my car. This by itself is a problem, especially as his rims are black, mine were gray/silver, and, his tires are 18", mine were 19". Of course, Lou and Ethan did not charge me the $100 and change service fee, but no other resolution has yet to be made. At this point in time I'm driving on someone else's winter tire and rims, which I assume are close to $100/tire cheaper. I look forward to discussing this situation with Josh within the next week. Let me also state that "sh...." happens, yet I will continue to remain a loyal Hoffman customer because I believe Hoffman truly believes in their customer base and long-term relationships matter to them. Excellent experience from Edward and team We'd purchased from the Hoffman group several times in the past but we'd never ventured into the Porsche showroom. We were introduced to Edward who swiftly arranged test drives of both the Macan and the Cayenne. Encyclopedic knowledge of the marque and the comparative to other brands was very useful as was his spirited demo of the car. We looked at a couple other brands but none were even close to as exciting as the Macan and Edward facilitated the sale very efficiently to allow me to pick up the vehicle on new year's eve despite the fact I was overseas for the entire duration of the sales cycle. This is my first Porsche and definitely not my last. I'll be sure to be looking up Edward when I need to add another one to my stable of vehicles (most likely later this year). More
