He was very prompt and excellent in answering all my questions online and in person. Very knowledgeable, he dug up facts about the cat on the Porsche computer system that were exactly what I wanted. After finding that some components were missing from the car he immediately arranged to have them shipped to me as soon as possible, since I live in San Antonio. Making the drive to Dallas has always been worthwhile and Ricky made it the best experience of them all. I could not recommend him any more highly. More
