Manuela Rijkse quickly helped me to identify a perfect new car for me. The very next day I drove home a Cayman GTS. I came in on Wednesday afternoon to exchange cars and spent less than 90 minutes turning in my lease, signing papers for my new car. Manuela then went over the new features of the new model. The car is a marvel of engineering and comfort. I am grateful for Manuelas efficient help and will definitely refer all my friends to her. On first meeting, I was somewhat unsettled about buying a BMW 428i and I decided to think about car and purchase concept. On second visit, I was better prepared and focused. Anyway, Robert and Joseph were excellent counsellors throughout. My surprise conclusion is - I am driving 428i today. Seems surreal. The entire team is outstanding and really knows what customer service is all about. This goes from the top down as I was able to talk with management as well. I felt like Robert really listened to what we were wanting and he was able to assist in finding the right solution for us (I suspect we may not be easy to deal with). He was extremely knowledgable about all facets of the brand and was able to make sure we got what we needed. In the end we (momma) were very happy with our purchase.
