Car Purchase was super easy, service on the other hand. I Purchased my Cayman S from Robert Brooks. He was easy to work with and made a great effort to fix and accommodate all of the small issues with my so I Purchased my Cayman S from Robert Brooks. He was easy to work with and made a great effort to fix and accommodate all of the small issues with my soon to be used vehicle. Promises were made and most kept. All good up to that part. My issue was the quality of service done, I'm unable to attach photos to this panel. Issue: I was delivered the car with a broken mirror interior housing that was clearly detached due to a broken clip that service broke attempting to fix a vibration coming from the pillar and not the mirror, upon confronting the service advisor, I was instructed to speak to my sales person even though he was NOT responsible for this damage. after getting the service manager (Mike) involved, he told me they'd fix it. and after working with my schedule (Thank you for that) and providing a loaner, the car was returned to me with new seal and trim that was not sitting flush with the car, the other door was completely flush, I believe this was either the wrong part or wrong install. I asked Robert and he tried to convince me that it was supposed to be hanging off the door, obviously not true. I checked other vehicles of the same make and model, where not a single one was hanging off. I chose not to argue with him due to the number of issues I've had with this service department. Conclusion, I will no longer be visiting this dealership, as the workmanship is not detailed and they consciously deliver unfinished work to customers and try to convince them it's supposed to be this way. I can only imagine what they're doing to unseen parts. More

Surprisingly pleasant and relaxing experience I recently totaled my Mercedes Benz in an accident, and was looking for a replacement. I was very disappointed at the other car lots, but decided to visit Leith where I had purchased my last Mercedes, even though they did not show another Mercedes on their inventory. I met Robert Brooks at Leith Porsche, and he immediately proceeded to find the exact Mercedes I wanted at another dealership, actually drove to that dealership and brought me the car to test drive. I liked the car and after a brief price negotiation (which Robert really initiated) I bought the car, at the price I wanted to pay and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Robert at Leith Porsche. More

Simply the best! I purchased a used 2013 BMW M3, from Fritz Piatt @Leith Porsche. I would have to rate the transaction as the best I've had in purchasing a car. Thi I purchased a used 2013 BMW M3, from Fritz Piatt @Leith Porsche. I would have to rate the transaction as the best I've had in purchasing a car. This is saying a lot, as I've purchased over 30 vehicles to date. As part of the purchase agreement, Fritz agreed to have the vehicle checkout out, and brought up to date on service, at their in network BMW delaership, Leith BMW. It turns out that it needed a new battery, and close to $1700 in services, most of which were recommended, but not mandatory. He could have simply had the oil, and filter changed, but instead, all of the services were performed, knowing that I would face the expense not too long after delivery. I also have to give Kudos to the Sales Manager, Mr. John Alvi, for readily approving the work that was done. This was a clear demonstration of integrity, and customer satisfaction. When I am ready to get back into a Porsche, I will look no further than this dealership. If you are considering a new, or used vehicle, you owe it to yourself to give Frizt a call. More
