Wow, I have purchased from 3 other Porsche dealerships in the past, this dealership by far is the worst experience, management is horrible. The sales guy I delt with was very knowledgeable but the management the past, this dealership by far is the worst experience, management is horrible. The sales guy I delt with was very knowledgeable but the management specifically Cedric, not a great experience. I drove 7 hours each way to pick up a car, they sold me a 2020 cayenne S that had failing PCM, couldn't even drive home it kept freezing as well as defective dashboard that i needed to bring back to my dealership to repair. They should of been honest with me and said it needed to be fixed instead of putting it on another dealership to correct. Cedric told me the PCM could be a easy fix or a month depending on the part, I said if it's a month, don't want the car, if it's a quick fix I still want the car. Next morning after I drove 7 hours home, I called them and he sold the car to someone else. How would he sell a car with a bad PCM and dashboard repair needed??? Don't trust them, horrible they have a Porsche dealership. More

I recently purchased a Certified 2012 991 Carrera S from Leith Porsche and can’t say enough about my experience. I was an out of state buyer searching for the perfect car that checked all of the boxes. I wa Leith Porsche and can’t say enough about my experience. I was an out of state buyer searching for the perfect car that checked all of the boxes. I was fortunate to find it and work with Robert Brooks though-out the process. From our first of many phone calls to taking delivery Roberts professionalism, knowledge and communication from start to finish was impeccable. I highly recommend Leith Porsche and there staff. All I can say is wow… I have never had both such positive and negative experiences with a dealer before. To be fair to the sales team (excluding management), the process of purchasing my GT4 was excellent and negative experiences with a dealer before. To be fair to the sales team (excluding management), the process of purchasing my GT4 was excellent. My purchase was made from out of state and my experience with Robert was great. Throughout the process, Robert stayed in contact and he even provided me with an excellent shipping contact who transported the car to my home address. So why the 2 stars? Well, the following is what separates great dealers from the bad ones. I truly thought Leith would have been my go-to for many future purchases but after how they handled the following after purchase issue, if I was local, I wouldn’t even consider them for service. As part of the sale, I paid to have the GT4 protected in paint protection film (PPF) which was offered as one of the dealer’s packages. After taking delivery of the vehicle it pretty much went straight into the garage where it stayed for the next week due to poor weather. One day while in the garage I noticed a penny size spot on the hood where the PPF had begun to bubble. I assumed the PPF that was applied had failed and while this was annoying I decided that I wouldn’t make a big deal out of it and I would just pay to have it replaced ($800). The local PPF installer began to inspect the area before removing the PPF and was able to determine that the paint under the PPF had been damaged and began to bubble which also caused the PPF to bubble. Upon removing the PPF from the hood, a freshly damaged area was discovered and touch-up paint was stuck to the underside of the PPF. Clearly, someone had damaged the car, attempted to cover it up, and hoped the PPF would help conceal the issue. I brought this matter back to the sales team which was eventually escalated to the sales manager (Cedric). The entire interaction over this issue was argumentative and defensive. They were fully prepared to throw their hands in the air until I took a some-what hard stance in my emails and only then did they offer to compensate me for the bare minimum which was to pay to replace only the PPF on the hood. This didn’t at all address the paint damage that occurred before the vehicle was delivered to me. The bottom line is that I bought the car (over MSRP, I might add), I didn’t catch the issue upon delivery (which was well concealed), and I’m pretty much on my own at this point. I accept all of that but a good dealer would have still made this situation right. Offering to have a Porsche-certified body shop handle the repair and reapply the PPF would have been the right thing to do. Even if it wasn’t what they were required to do. That is what separates the crappy dealers from the good ones. So if you are considering buying from Leith my recommendation is to carefully inspect the vehicle yourself and make sure everything is perfect before signing papers. And absolutely DO NOT purchase their dealer PPF package. I’m looking at $800 to replace the PPF and $1400 to correct the paint damage. More
