When I first called for my 80k service appointment, I inquired as to whether there would be a loaner car, as I have been accustomed to at this dealership. I called the next day, and this time Jerry took my call, and he ime all the way from Sterling VA that day, I would have the loaner. His commitment cam true, and I have the utmost confidence that he was doing everything he could to ensure that I would not be a dissatisfied customer, even under the tough circumstances everyone was facing this week. Again, during the initial visit there was absolutely no pressure to buy or to select a specific vehicle. We had an orientation drive in a new GX, and I was sold on the vehicle. Once the GX with the color and accessories that I wanted was identified after searching databases of vehicles on the East Coast and those inboard from Japan, the price negotiation was low-key and handled exclusively by Peter rather than by a business manager or sales manager.
